SATURN

Symbol of the sickle of Saturn, the Roman god of agriculture

Roman Saturn or Greek Cronos is the god of generation, agriculture, and wealth. A "gas giant" like Jupiter, this yellowish planet revealed the first rings known in the solar system to Galileo and his contemporaries. Like Jupiter, it is a solar system in miniature, surrounded by a diversity of satellites, some of which have atmospheres of their own.
